This policy sits in line with Canada`s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL). As well as the EU`s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (PECD).

Cookies

Lastly, advertising cookies or targeting cookies. They are used to deliver customized advertising to the user. This can be very convenient, but also very annoying.

Online Privacy

We think it's important that you have full control over your privacy online and that's why we refrained from placing cookies that are non-essential such as functional and performance cookies. As set out in the PIPEDA, CASL and PECD, we don’t need to obtain consent when we don’t use them, and this is why we don’t need one of these annoying cookie pop ups.
